Four things, one unit

Ultraviolet light and a photocatalyst work together to reduce bacteria and viruses in the air. Verified by an accredited laboratory.
Air purification
Three stages — dust, fine dust and an antibacterial layer. The last stage is an H-13 grade HEPA filter.
Natural phytoncide
The whole case is solid hinoki. When the scent fades, a light mist of water brings it back.
Frame, mirror, mood light
Insert a photograph and it is a picture frame; use the mirrored face and it is a mirror; turn on the light and it is a lamp.
How it sterilises
Filter it, destroy it, then send it back out with a scentTen fan motors in all — four drawing in, six pushing out — every one of them designed in house
Trapping is not the same as destroying
A filter only holds what it catches. So that nothing multiplies inside the filter, the air passes through ultraviolet light and a photocatalyst before it leaves the unit.

SAFETY
It does not scatter if it breaks
The front is compressed tempered glass backed with anti-shatter film. It resists a hammer blow, and if it is forced apart the glass holds together rather than spreading in sharp pieces. We chose this specification with children's spaces in mind.

The case is solid hinoki instead of plastic — less plastic in the world, and natural phytoncide as a bonus.

Things worth saying up front
100 units a month
These are not stamped out by machine; people build them by hand. Current capacity is about 100 units a month. For larger orders, please talk to us about lead time first.
A new unit within the first year
If a defect appears within the one-year warranty we replace the unit rather than repair it. We set that policy because we are confident in the build.
The filter is a consumable
Release the side catch, lift the wooden screen, and the HEPA filter comes out. No tools needed.
