1. Personal information we collect

The website is provided without any sign-up. Information is collected only when a user consents and submits the technical inquiry form, or contacts us by e-mail or telephone.

• Name, company or organisation, contact details (telephone number, e-mail address), subject of the inquiry, and the content of the inquiry

When the inquiry form is used, an irreversibly transformed value derived from the connecting IP address is held temporarily for up to one day in order to block automated advertising submissions. The IP address itself is not stored.

2. Purpose of use

The information is used only to reply to the inquiry, to carry out technical consultation and business discussion, and to handle other matters the user has asked for.

3. Retention period

Information received through the inquiry form is destroyed automatically one year after it is received. It is destroyed earlier if the user asks for deletion or if the purpose is fulfilled before then. Where law requires retention, the information is kept for the period that law prescribes.

4. Provision to third parties and processing entrusted to others

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where required by law or on a lawful request from an investigative authority.

This policy applies from its effective date. Where content is added, deleted or amended, notice is given on the website from seven days before the change takes effect.
