Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and of users in relation to the use of the website and related information services the Company provides.

Article 2 (Effect and amendment)

These terms take effect when posted on the website. The Company may amend them where necessary, within the bounds of applicable law, and an amended version takes effect from the time it is posted.

Article 3 (Provision of the service)

The Company operates the website to provide information about the company, its products and its technology, and to receive inquiries. The Company may change or discontinue the content of the service after giving prior notice.

Article 4 (Intellectual property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the text, photographs, drawings, video, trade marks and software published on the website belong to the Company. A user may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish or commercially exploit them without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 5 (Users' obligations)

A user must comply with applicable law and these terms when using the website, and must not interfere with the Company's business or damage its reputation.

Article 6 (Limitation of liability)

Technical figures and performance values published on the website reflect the stage of development and the test conditions, and may differ depending on the actual operating environment. Specific deployments are settled through individual discussion with the Company.

Article 7 (Governing law and jurisdiction)

These terms are construed under the law of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute relating to use of the service falls to the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office.
